首先，学案的设计需要了解学生。

学案设计，重视的是什么？是教师的教，还是学生的学？这也许是我们需要清楚的第一个问题。顾名思义，这应该是以学生的自主学习为目的的一种教学案例。引导学生自主学习，这需要我们了解学生，了解学生的生活经验，了解学生的知识基础，了解学生的能力与技能。我举了个例子：假如我给学生讲高等数学，我的学生会听懂吗？

因此我认为，学案设计应该是最难的一种教学设计，这是以学生的实际情况为基础，以学生的最近发展区为基础的一种教学设计，离开了对学生的了解，这只能是一句空话。

其次，学案设计，应该读懂教材。

教材编写者的意图是什么？我们不能轻易就认为自己读懂了教材。因为我在看教材，可能就是为学案而设计的！教材编写者的意图就是通过一个个的小活动，把静止的课本知识，变成学生的探索活动，让学生在探索活动中积累数学经验，掌握数学知识。而这种认识，或想法，要变成切实可行的学案，应该不是那么简单，还需要一个理解与消化的过程，而网络也许为我们提供了一个好的环境。

最后，我想说，学案设计，关健还在摆正教师的地位。设计学案了，我们教师，做什么？学习活动，以学生为主，仿佛没有了教师的活动，这样会不会造成学生的学习无目的？会不会使学生的学习活动没有效率？会不会使学生在课堂上以学习为由，在那里玩？

总之就是，我们怎么才能设计出有利于学习的学案呢在学案的施行过程中，我们怎么调整或引导学生的学习。
