在英语上的时间点和时间段

for:

(prep)

表示时间的持续，后面加时间段，表示一段时间，多与带数词的名词连用，其谓语需用延续性动词。

since:

(prep)

表示“自从过去某一时间点以来”，后面接点时间，强调动作或状态一直延续到现在，一般用现在完成时或现在完成进行时。

时间点指的是具体的时间，比如说一点、三点、一点三十，时间段指的是一段时间以内。

比如说一点到三点，中间这两个小时就是一段时间。at+时间点、since+时间点、after+时间点；for+时间段、in+时间段、during+时间段。

1、时间点

（1）I ' ll pick you up at your house at six-thirty tonight.今晚六点半我开车去你家接你。

（2）They were happy at that time.他们那时很幸福。

（3）I'v study English since I was ten years old.我从十岁开始学习英语。

（4）It was two years since we had parted.那时我们已经分别两年了。

（5）He came home after 10 o'clock last night.他昨晚十点以后才回家。

2、时间段

（1）So the days passed in spring and summer.春夏的时光就是这样度过的。

（2）History suggests a new cycle should begin in 2019.历史表明一个新太阳活动周期应该开始于2019年。

（3）I’m under contract to teach here for one year.我按照聘约要在这里教一年书。

（4）Someone ran the cattle off during the night.有人在夜里偷走了牛。

英语中表示时间段的方法很多

如果是for的话，举个例子： I’ve studied English for ten years.（我已经学习英语十年了）这个就是时间段。

since的话 I'v study English since I was ten years old（我从十岁开始学习英语）。

虽然都表达了学习英语时间的长短 但是用的词不一样是段是点就不一样。
